Charly is a registered nurse with over eight years of clinical experience and three years specialising in aesthetic medicine. As co-owner of Glow Up Studio Bristol, she’s recognised for her bespoke lip artistry, particularly her signature hybrid approach that blends the lift of Russian technique with natural balance and softness.
Trained at a prestigious Harley Street, Charly has gone on to complete over ten advanced masterclasses in dermal fillers, anti-wrinkle treatments, and facial rejuvenation. Her dedication to precision and safety has earned her multiple national awards, including 1st Place for Best Aesthetics 2025, 2nd Place for Signature Lips, and 2nd Place for Aesthetics Excellence.
Currently completing her Level 7 qualification in Aesthetic Medicine, Charly remains at the forefront of industry standards, combining medical knowledge with artistic vision. Her approach is defined by honesty, balance, and an unwavering commitment to achieving natural yet transformative results.

QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Charly is a registered nurse with 8 years of nursing experience and 3 years of aesthetics experience. Charly trained at a prestigious Harley Street academy, where she developed her expertise in advanced aesthetic techniques. Since then, she’s continued to refine her skills by completing her advanced training in dermal filler and Botox. Charly has also undertook over 10 masterclasses to stay at the forefront of the industry.

ABOUT ASHLEIGH
Ashleigh has been a dedicated professional in the beauty and wellness industry since 2011.Her expertise and dedication have earned her recognition as an award-winning lash tech. Lash extensions remain her favorite treatment, and she is equally passionate about sharing her knowledge through lash training with others.
These advanced qualifications opened the door to exciting opportunities in TV, film, e-commerce, and photography, allowing her to work on diverse projects. Ashleigh's career took her across Europe, where she worked in various stunning locations including Italy, Ibiza, and France, applying makeup in dynamic settings and honing her skills in different cultural environments.
Ashleigh's passion for learning led her to study Training and Education Level 3 and Assessors Training, which paved the way for her role at the Bristol Nail & Beauty Training School. Over three years, she gained extensive experience training others and sharing her expertise. This eventually inspired her to pursue 1-to-1 training and start her own business, Mak3upAshleigh.
Now, as the co founder and 1 of the lead professionals at GlowUp Studio, Ashleigh offers a wide range of beauty services, including lash extensions, brow artistry, facials, makeup, and massage therapy. She also provides ABT-accredited training courses to help aspiring beauty professionals grow their careers and master new skills.
Ashleigh’s dedication to staying ahead of the latest trends and expanding her knowledge ensures that every client and student receives the highest level of service and support. Her commitment to excellence in both beauty treatments and training is at the heart of GlowUp Studio.
QUALIFICATIONS & TRAINING
Her journey began with Hair & Beauty Therapy at Ashley Down, where she laid the foundation for her successful career. After gaining invaluable experience at the Talking Heads salon, she expanded her skillset by returning to college to complete further studies in Beauty & Theatrical Makeup.
In 2013, Ashleigh began her lash journey, starting with classic lash extensions. She quickly developed a passion for lash artistry, and by 2015, she advanced her skills by training in Russian Volume Lash Extensions. Over the years, Ashleigh has continually invested in her education, attending numerous courses and masterclasses to perfect her techniques and stay ahead of the latest trends in the lash industry.
